Full bodied and darker toned like a Sumatra. Chocolaty, a bit of smoke and a very nice soft fruit tones balancing in. Light roasts will see just a little hint of citric acidity, soft cup and semi earthy chocolaty tones, good but risks a little grassy tone like many wet-hulled coffees, more interesting than most Sumatra coffees with its sweeter hint of soft fruit. Medium roasts shine very nicely, good balance of light and dark tones; lower acidity smooth cup. Darker roast get a little fuller bodied, much smokier with a more bakers chocolate spin. Very tasty and complex darker roast coffee.Price:Price: Original price was: $7.99.$6.99Current price is: $6.99.$7.99/lb$6.99/lb -

Silky smooth and clean tasting, fuller bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Lower acidity chocolaty cup with a sweet edge. We liked it best from a medium to dark roast, but with a little longer setup, light roast fans can find joy with these beans. Definitely a chocolaty cup profile with some cool nutty and herbal/spice accents. If you roast before 2nd crack, which is preferred, one can balance in some melon and fruit acidity into the mix which is a big plus to the depth of flavor. Cup starts sweet at lighter roasts but will turn semi-sweet as you pushing into medium or dark roasts.

Good from light to dark. Smooth, big bodied & creamy with semi-sweet chocolate notes, nutty accents and a bit of lingering spice in the aftertaste. Lower acidity cup but will show some floral characteristics at the lighter roast points. A little roasty/smoky tone into second crack but it will compliment the more chocolaty and nutty profile.

Great from light to dark roasts. The cup is fuller bodied and a bit creamier, lower acidity and rich. At lighter roasts, a little acidity can be found which brings small notes of nutty, caramel and floral tones but it will have some pretty powerful black tea like spice notes almost similar to an African. Anything even into the medium roast range is very chocolaty and smooth with just a pinch of a spice note. Darker roasts get a bit fuller bodied and roasty with some nice smoky accents.

Good from light to dark, very different tasting dependent on roast level. If you are a very fruit forward natural fan, sticking in the light to medium roast level is recommended. Contrary to many naturals, these beans rock at the fuller roast levels as well, touching or into second crack produces a very lively cup, not super roasty with incredible depth of flavor and good balance between light and dark tones.Read More:

A nice and clean taste, good from light to dark. Mostly these beans will appeal to medium-dark roast fans but being an exceptionally clean cup, it has some lovely balance and is quite tasty at lighter roasts. Similar to its Indonesian cousins (except washed processed), it gets real hefty into the dark roasts promoting smoky and chocolaty tones with stronger spice notes. Lighter roasting it is more delicate and floral, slightly fruity with some detectable lemony crispness, sweet edged, medium bodied with hints of a chocolaty factor.
