Shipping Information
We ship all in-stock orders by next business day via USPS, UPS, and Speedee Delivery.

We currently have free shipping on all the roasters (Select “free shipping for all roaster purchases” upon checkout). Coffee and tea orders require a shipping charge unless being picked up locally.

Order Tracking

UPS
Shipping is computed by the shopping cart once you have entered your address information but before you enter your credit card. You will be able to see the shipping charge before finalizing the transaction. We use U.P.S and charge pick up rates. We offer ground, three day and second-day shipping. All in stock orders are shipped by next business day. You will receive an e-mail from UPS’s Quantum View Notify the day your order ships to confirm shipping and provide tracking information.www.UPS.com

USPS (United States Postal Service)
You will receive an e-mail from Burman Coffee Traders the day your order ships to confirm shipping and provide a tracking number. With that number you may track your shipment via the USPS website, www.USPS.com. Simply click on the tracking page and enter your unique tracking number.

Speedee Delivery
Speedee does not automatically send tracking information and will not update shipping status in your account – Call or e-mail (help@burmancoffee.com) to track your package. Delivery should be 1-3 days after shipping.

Speedee is a regional carrier that goes to Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota (most), South Dakota, Iowa and Eastern Nebraska.

Speedee pricing is flat rate and depends on the total dollar value of the order – anything over $250 that goes Speedee Delivery will be sent signature required – IF ordering above $250 and shipping Speedee, make sure to ship it to an address where someone will be upon delivery.
$0.01 – $100 – $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping
$100 – $250 – $9.49 Flat Rate Shipping
$250 and Above – $11.49

Flat Rate Shipping and only sent signature required.

We do not ship internationally.
At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.A. All of our roasters are 120v-60hz and are built only for the North American distribution channels. Our vendors require that all warranty work must originate from the U.S.

How do I pick up locally?
For the convenience of our local customers we offer order pickup at:

Orders must be picked up at the Customer Service Desk. The desk is open 7 days a week, 7am-10pm.

Please select “Customer Pickup at Metcalfe’s Market” option upon checkout.

Orders placed for local pickup will be available the next business day by 5 pm. We will send an e-mail confirmation when the order is ready for pickup. If you want to pick up over the weekend the order must be placed Thursday or by Friday morning at the latest (9 am central time).

You can also pick up your order at our warehouse.  Please select the “Customer Pickup at Metcalfe’s Market” option upon checkout and email or call us to let us know to hold it at the warehouse.

By the way – you do not need to order in advance to purchase at the warehouse. Drop in and talk coffee with us – 8:30 – 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.
