Wild and crazy coffee. This will not taste like coffee as you know it. Fruity, boozy, oaky, sweet, spice, chocolate, herbal, & peat are just some of the notes you will run into. A sizzling new wave coffee reminiscent of bourbon or scotch. Our buddies who put it together on the ground note it as: Fruit cocktail, pineapple, canned peach, tangy.
Best at the light to medium roast levels. A blasty new wave cup with tons of sweetness. Lighter roasts are dominated with citric, red fruit, ferment and hoppy like goodness. A front loaded cup that will appeal to higher acidity fans that like a very fruit forward and exotic cup. Pulls a smidge of balance with that classic Zambia herbal/chocolate/spice darker tone. Needs a longer setup time before drinking for best results
Medium roasting is much more balanced, but still plenty exotic. Hints of citric with noticeable red fruit that fades into layers of cocoa and spice. Fuller bodied with a more chocolaty spin, one still wont be able to miss those exotic floral tones but they will not hit you over the head, more highlights the cup. Dark roasts get even fuller bodied but burn out some sweetness and the more floral tones (low acidity) which balance the cup so nicely, adds in some toasty smoky notes which some will like.

Best at the light to medium roast level. Good bit of citrus and red fruit upfront balanced with a thicker chocolate and spice note. Light roasts get very jazzy acidity, with just a hint of a dark tone. Floral and sweet edged, with an emphasis on the fruitiness of the cup. Medium roasting is much more balanced, medium to full bodied and far less sharp than the lighter roasts, but also less fruity. More of a chocolaty cup with fruity highlights. Dark roasts get even fuller bodied but burn out some sweetness, taste like semi-sweet chocolate on the roasty/smoky side, thick with a bit of spice in the aftertaste. A hint of fruitiness as the cup cools but hard to tell its natural processed roots at darker roasts.

Best at the light to medium roast level. Good bit of citrus crispness with floral aromatics balancing with hefty bakers chocolate and spice. Similar to the washed processed but a little fuller bodied with unique and stronger acidity. Light roasts get very jazzy acidity, almost hop like, with just a hint of a dark tone. A bit sour for some but others will love it. Floral and sweet edged, reminiscent of green apple, with stronger citric notes. A hint of a dark tone to be found but pretty front loaded with lighter tones. Medium roasting is much more balanced, but less of that cool acidity, just as tasty but a bit less exotic. Fuller bodied with a more chocolaty spin, one still wont be able to miss those exotic floral tones but they will not hit you over the head, more highlights the cup.
