A very nicely balanced cup of coffee. A little hint of acidity upfront providing some floral and soft fruit at the lighter roasts, balanced with a semi-sweet nutty chocolaty factor. Super light roasts risk a little grassy/herbal but it straightens out at a city+ (medium) and holds up as dark as you want to take it. The darker you go, the more body and edgy chocolate the cup will pick up, once you hit 2nd crack, expect some smoke and roasty tones to compliment the nutty/chocolaty factor.

Filled with rich chocolate/nutty/herbal/spice like tones. Great depth of flavor without all that citric and fruity that often comes with higher rated cups these days.Lighter roasting promotes the more nutty/herbal, darker roasting chocolate & spice. Lighter roasting took 4-5 days after roasting to get tasty, medium to dark roasts were tasty from day 1.

Best served light to medium roasted. Crisp, clean, slightly fruity and sweet: a more exotic cup with higher acidity than the washed processed offerings. Lighter roasts show sweet lemony floral brightness, with just a hint of soft fruit, balanced with a little herbal/nutty tone. Great body and mouthfeel especially for the roast point. This honey processed shined best at the lighter roast points out of all three Bolivian offerings, a great sign of quality. Medium roasts still provide a bit of crisp sweet citric upfront and soft fruit tones as the cup cools, but will develop more of the classic South American profile of creamy and smooth, nutty/chocolaty like tones.

A great light to medium roast coffee. Delicate, balanced, clean, fruity and sweet. This is not a ferment bomb, the natural tones are delicate and well balanced, not hitting you over the head. An easy drinking lighter roast coffee: sweet, smooth, hints of lemony floral acidity and soft fruit, balanced with a defined chocolate like tone. Good body and mouthfeel, medium to low acidity. A more exotic cup that everyone will love. Medium roasts will start to roast the fruitiness out of the cup but still leave it very sweet, accentuate the body and mouthfeel.

Lighter roasts show strong and sweet lemony floral acidity balanced with a clean and smooth nutty undertones. A great balance and clean as a whistle, a lovely highly rated cup. Only those who traditionally like higher acidity cups should roast it lighter, very good but not for everyone. A nice medium/dark roast (full city) will let everyone enjoy this cup, not only the more acidic fans. As the roast progresses one can flip the tones and accentuate the more sweet nutty and chocolaty fuller bodied aspects of the bean, retaining just a hint of acidity. Best at the light to medium roast. Very clean cup that will shine with the brighter more floral notes. Citric (lemony), classic floral and jasmine will be the first notes to hit the tongue. Sweet edged cup that pulls some balance with a little hint of a spicy chocolate undertone. Definitely a brighter cup, got to love some acidity to find the joy in this stellar offering. As the beans setup, or the cup cools, one can pull some soft fruit, but its pretty overwhelmed by the crisp more citric floral tones at most of the roast points. I like many of these smaller bean screens, they seem to carry a little simpler profile but often a much sweeter edge. Lighter roasts have some clear citric lemony acidity and a more neutral and traditionally Brazilian nutty and chocolaty factor. Medium roasts bring out a fuller body and mute the more acidic tones of the cup pretty quickly as one gets closer to 2nd crack than first. Semi-sweet and a little thinner bodied this year, the cup holds good tones from light to dark but most will like it best around a strong medium roast (balanced and smooth).
