Description
A very fresh, interesting and unique decaf offering.
We have never seen a decaf Indian before – and monsooned none the less; which tends to be the uniquest Indian coffee on the block.
Great for you darker roast or decaf Espresso heads – this is a core component to most prime espresso blends – adds a ton of crema, spice and body to the cup (and a bit of earthiness like all monsooned).
Tasting Notes:
Full bodied, strong and darker toned; this is one very full flavored decaf! Not for the gentle cup fan. This Indian Decaf is creamy and full of flavor, with dark chocolate notes earthiness and spice hitting you upon the first sip.
Roasting Notes:
Right around 2nd crack to S/O drinking – works decently into it as well. For blending I would take it a shade lighter and use smaller percentages to gain some favorable attributes.

If your a fan of Mysore Nuggets, or monsooned Malabar, even though this is a decaf , it’s really a treat, roasted in my Behmor into the second crack and let rest for a day or two, this is a good cup of coffee.
