New Crop Costa! Regular Price $8.25/Lb
Bright floral notes balancing with nutty & chocolaty undertones. Medium bodied and clean. A great example of a Costa profile. A sweeter edge to this cup but it doesn’t linger, the dryer nuttiness is what stays on the tongue. Great from medium to dark roasts, can be a little bright/citric at light roasts.
First New Crop Mexican! Intro Special – Regular Price $7.99/lb.
A great daily drinker from a medium to dark roast. A very chocolaty cup of coffee, fuller bodied with low acidity, with some nutty & herbal accents. Light to medium roasts are crisp & sweet: Hints of citric balance with a nutty & woody undertone, a pinch of herbal spice in the aftertaste. With a longer setup time, assuming not too lightly roasted, that woody edge tends to produce a bit of a caramel twist which is quite tasty. Although good at semi-lighter roasts, we really enjoyed the medium to dark roasts better, fuller bodied and creamy. Semi-sweet chocolate and nutty tones dominate the cup with just a pinch of an herbal note in the aftertaste, a little complimenting roasty/smoky note into second crack. Wonderful for classic espresso or for those who use a splash of milk or creamer.
Three individual pounds, this bundle includes:
Mexican Grupo Terruño Nayarita – Natural Processed
El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas Honey Processed
Tanzanian Ngorongoro – Finagro Gaia Estate – Kent Natural Processed
Features three of our more interesting coffees. Higher acidity, interesting processing, this bundle is leaning towards more exotic coffee tones.

Similar to its predecessor, the improved Behmor 2000 AB runs the same roasting programs and has the same controls as the previous model. The main appearance difference is an all matte-black finish, versus black on stainless. Turns out coffee roasting can stain “stainless”… this model should look a little nicer after years of roasting. Other improvements include a stronger door handle along with a double-paned window for better insulation. A new motor gives the user more control over drum speed.
