This cup is nice and chocolaty, lower acidity and medium bodied. A little sweeter edge to it except for super dark roasts. Besides a chocolaty factor one will get some nutty/caramel/floral like tones at the medium roast points, gives it some nice complimenting depth without being too exotic. Shines at the fuller roast levels but was still interesting lighter roasted. Good body, lower acidity with nice chocolate and tea like spice tones. Some good sweetness from its natural processing, a small hint of soft fruit as the cup cools. Reminds us of a less fruity Yemen coffee. Rustic chocolate, tea like spice, lower acidity and fuller bodied.

A very nicely balanced cup of coffee. A little hint of acidity upfront providing some floral and soft fruit at the lighter roasts, balanced with a semi-sweet nutty chocolaty factor. Super light roasts risk a little grassy/herbal but it straightens out at a city+ (medium) and holds up as dark as you want to take it. The darker you go, the more body and edgy chocolate the cup will pick up, once you hit 2nd crack, expect some smoke and roasty tones to compliment the nutty/chocolaty factor.
