Description
This coffee is very high chaff and dense, which can cause issues in many home roasters. We do not recommend roasting this coffee in roasters that have chaff collection issues, and you will have to reduce your batch size in all the other roasters due to the higher chaff content.
This is a blender coffee, use 10%-15% to add caffeine to your personal blend.
This Robusta is a rich and bold cup, it is very full flavored.
A little earthy to be drinking it by itself but it will add a lot of character and caffeine to your favorite blend.

Imagine Folgers but good.
I bought this to see how bad it is. Drinking it straight. It’s not that bad.
I want to make this for everyone who drinks Folgers.

I tried it by itself at about full city. Woody, earthy with little aroma. Best for mixing. By itself, I agree with another reviewer, it is Ka much better version of big brand pre-ground coffees.

This is my go-to when utilizing a robusta for a blend. I primarily blend this wonderful bean with a Sumatra bean, the earthy tones, the tobacco aroma with a slight hint of bourbon to taste (finer grind). I do use hickory wood for my fuel to roast, which will change the flavor profile just a little- good old Tennessee hickory wood.
