Bags rated in ounces of roasted coffee – Roasted weight the bags can hold will vary depending on coffee density and roast level but we tried to use standard dark roast weights; bags may hold more with lighter roasting or less with super dark roasting.
2 Oz. bags do not have valves, not enough gas build up with 2 ounces to trigger the valve.
These ziplock style valve bags will keep your coffee tasting fresh. One way degassing valves keep harmful oxygen out while releasing the CO2 gas produced by your coffee.
Great quality and price. These bags are great for samples or simply for bagging coffee for customers. The valve inside the bag does what its suppose to do, however, it is not as affective as it could be IF you do not heat seal the bag with a sealer. For Home use, I like to put my fresh roasted coffee into a bag (which I can continue to use over and over) to allow for off gassing and not worry about oxygen perhaps getting in from the seal. Good buy, great price, looks great with a label.

I always roast two or 2 ½ scoops in my Gene Café Roaster and it fits perfectly in the 8-ounce size bag. These bags are high quality, the zip seal works time after time and I like the window in front, too. They can stand up while the beans are poured in. The price is lower than all I’ve seen.

I was so glad to find these bags. The window makes it an ideal gift. The price is right ad the quantity is perfect for my roasting and gifting needs.
I use them…and re-use but the valve doesn’t seem to be particularly “one way”. I would like to find a coated paper bag with a decent one way valve but for now these do the job. They aren’t bad and they aren’t great…LOL. I like the “window”.

had some bags for a couple of years and still work fine, bought more today.
