A very nicely balanced chocolaty and nutty cup profile, a bit on the sweeter side. The taste is fuller bodied with a nice walnut chocolaty tone mixing with a smooth, sweeter, mellow finish. Pleasing hints of smoke and spice finish off this great Colombian coffee at darker roast points. Lighter roasts can show hints of floral but all in all a lower acidity cup.
Regular Price $7.99/Lb
Good from light to dark! A wonderful clean supremo screen. The aroma is sweet, freshly cut cedar, spicy, with a touch of cocoa. The body is medium/full and has a mild and pleasant acidity. The flavor is very dependent on the roast. Light roasts are a bit citric and sweet, hints of a melon fruitiness comingle with a little nutty and chocolaty factor. At a medium roast, you will enjoy soft notes of walnut, cedar, and spice, a little crispness, with more of a caramel like finish. Darker roasts will stronger chocolate tones and hints of spice and dried dark fruit.
Delicate, lightly-processed first-flush leaves from a highly-respected Darjeeling estate.
The liquor produced by these leaves is a pale tan color, with barely discernible aroma and subtle flavors. Sip slowly and be pleasantly surprised by an unusual combination of “black tea” malty flavors as well as “green tea” astringency and brightness. Tones of lemon, flowers, wine and wheat dance elusively among the honey sweetness of this exceptional variety.
Steeping Time – 2 Minutes

Three individual pounds, this bundle includes:
Costa Rican Turrialba – Aquiares Estate – Grand Peaberry
Kenya Premium Muranga – New Kiriti – Gondo PB
Papua New Guinea – Carpenter Estates – Bunum Wo Kula Peaberry
Peaberries are unique, they come on all coffee trees but are a bit of a rarity. In a coffee cherry, usually there are two seeds, they grow against each other creating the “flat” side of the coffee. Occasionally there is only 1 seed, it will grow rounder and a bit denser, this is called a peaberry.
