Great cup from medium to dark. The cup profile is mostly down the malty/chocolate side but these beans will also have some nice floral aromatics and some soft fruit tones providing great depth of flavor. A wonderful rich, sweet, smooth and clean daily drinker. Guatemalans almost always hold dark roasts nicely for adding a little sweet malty note to the smoky and roasty tones is a tasty mix.

Small pellets of green tea.
If you like a robust green tea, this premium organic gunpowder variety is the one for you. It has a grassy and slightly smoky aroma, and powerful astringency which stays on the palate long after tones of almond, bamboo, grapefruit, and anise at the front.
Steeping Time – 2 Minutes
Water Temp – 180 F

Perfectly processed tea leaves from Luku Township, Taiwan.
Very lightly oxidized (less than 10%), these leaves are dark glossy green and mostly still intact, with 3-4 attractive serrated leaves on each stem uncurling impressively to fill up the steeping vessel and infuse an amber liquor with a wonderful woody-nutty aroma.
Steeping Time – 3-6 Minutes
Water Temp – 180-200 F

Regular Price $5.87/lb
Great as a single origin Americana or Espresso, also works well in decaf espresso blends. Medium bodied, semi-sweet with fruitier aromatics and a dryer chocolaty/nutty undertone. Medium roasts are very smooth with a hint of sweetness, darker roasts are my dryer with some smokiness.
