Best at a medium but holds up lighter or darker. A wonderfully complex cup of coffee. Lower acidity but can have a hint of lemony brightness upfront at lighter roasts. Soft edges on this cup with chocolate/nutty/caramel darker tones. Lighter roasts accentuate the nutty floral sweeter tones, can come off a bit woody tasting right at first crack. Medium you start getting more nutty/caramel like tones with hint of cocoa. Darker gets pretty chocolaty but remain complex and a bit fuller bodied.
