Chamomile blossoms, ginger root, sambuca and licorice flavors.
Cool chamomile and fiery ginger make a zippy pairing that creates a tingly mouthfeel and a happy belly. The very subtle sambuca and licorice flavorings lend a little extra pep to the finish, only barely intruding on the already spicy herbs. No caffeine.

White Peony (Pai Mu Tan) tea, safflowers, champagne and red raspberry flavors.

Delicate, lightly-processed first-flush leaves from a highly-respected Darjeeling estate.
The liquor produced by these leaves is a pale tan color, with barely discernible aroma and subtle flavors. Sip slowly and be pleasantly surprised by an unusual combination of “black tea” malty flavors as well as “green tea” astringency and brightness. Tones of lemon, flowers, wine and wheat dance elusively among the honey sweetness of this exceptional variety.
Steeping Time – 2 Minutes
Water Temp – 200 F
