Rooibos, or “red bush,” is native to the western coast of South Africa, and it has been harvested from the wild for millennia, only recently cultivated. If you are looking for a caffeine-free hot beverage alternative, one taste of this vibrant red herbal infusion will have you hooked. Rooibos leaves have a malty sweetness reminiscent of black tea, but also a variety of their own unique accents, with strawberry, honey, and vanilla notes, as well as subtle earthy and tobacco undertones.
We are very happy to have found this premium variety, organic from South Africa, with particularly strong vanilla notes and a surprising sweetness – it’s really lovely! Mild and forgiving, it is impossible to over-steep rooibos, and it lends itself well to flavored blends, providing a neutral body which is easy to build upon – it is excellent with sugar, honey, milk, nut milks, fruits, herbs and spices. South African Rooibos Herbal Masala Chai
“Masala Chai” simply means “mixed-spice tea” – though this version contains no tea, and therefore no caffeine. Rooibos boasts rich earthy and vanilla tones which amplify ginger, cinnamon and vanilla flavors. The aromas wafting out of this cup are fantastic, spicy enough to wake you up without any need for caffeine.
Mild and forgiving, it is impossible to over-steep rooibos, and it is excellent with sugar, honey, milk, nut milks, fruits, etc.

Rooibos leaves, ginger root, cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger and vanilla flavors.
A regal deep orange color, this herbal infusion is extravagant and classy, with richly nuanced rooibos complimented by an elaborate bouquet of fruits and flowers.
At a gentle steep, the apple jumps out crisp, and sunny citrus amplified by just a hint of tart hibiscus. With longer steeping the liquor is fuller and darker, with hibiscus but also sweet-smelling rose petals and aromas of vanilla, cedar, and pipe tobacco in the rooibos, gradually becoming deeper into a dark, velvety smooth malty cup.
