Stone-ground Kansai green tea leaves.
The most refined and most powerful green tea!
Please note that matcha is prepared in a very different fashion than whole-leaf teas. Begin by sifting 1-2 teaspoons of powder into a small cup (a sieve helps break up clumps), then add 2 ounces of water and whisk quickly (a bamboo tea whisk is ideal). It should be a stunning neon green, very frothy, and strong-tasting. You can add more water if you prefer.

Finally back in stock!
Gunpowder green tea, spearmint, peppermint and peppermint flavoring
A premium-quality interpretation of a classic North African preparation, this “double-mint” green tea will demand your attention with a strong, dark amber cup bursting with flavor.

Water Temp – 180 F
Tippy Assam and Yunnan teas.
This special premium blend includes “tippy” (meaning younger, higher-quality leaf “tips” and buds) leaves from Assam and Yunnan provinces, on either side of the great Himalaya mountains. It has a lighter color and a lighter aroma, but inhale deeply and you will feel pleasantly warmed by the malty nutty nose. Take a sip for a classic taste – sweet and malty, flavors of caramel and croissants. This strong tea will make you feel ready to climb a mountain!
Steeping Time – 3 Minutes

Chamomile blossoms, ginger root, sambuca and licorice flavors.
Cool chamomile and fiery ginger make a zippy pairing that creates a tingly mouthfeel and a happy belly. The very subtle sambuca and licorice flavorings lend a little extra pep to the finish, only barely intruding on the already spicy herbs. No caffeine.
Steeping Time – 7 Minutes
Water Temp – 212 F
