Description
Lemongrass shines through this tea, giving it stimulating vapors and a zippy mouthfeel, and boosting natural floral notes of the tea. Ginger is present in the aroma, less noticeable on the tongue, but a pleasant lingering heat gently builds in the mouth, throat, and stomach.
This tea is not only an excellent after-dinner digestive but also a good daily relaxation break, as strong lemongrass clears the sinuses and lifts the spirits. With the very light flavors of white tea, this may be perfect for those who do not care for the taste of tea but want to drink it for its health benefits.
Steeping Time – 3 Minutes

An excellent light and relaxing tea to drink every day. My wife and I have had this tea most every day for many years now and its gentle lemony aroma is incredibly comforting. It makes for a rather delicate cup without the strong bitterness you’ll often incur if you oversteep tea. I personally find myself deliberately oversteeping my second steeping as I enjoy the notes it brings without much bitterness.
