Stone-ground Kansai green tea leaves.
The most refined and most powerful green tea!
Please note that matcha is prepared in a very different fashion than whole-leaf teas. Begin by sifting 1-2 teaspoons of powder into a small cup (a sieve helps break up clumps), then add 2 ounces of water and whisk quickly (a bamboo tea whisk is ideal). It should be a stunning neon green, very frothy, and strong-tasting. You can add more water if you prefer.
Steeping Time – Instant

Classically prepared premium leaves from Fujian Province.
The famous Ti Kuan Yin (“Iron Goddess of Mercy”) cultivar provides short, spreading shrubs with glossy dark green leaves with curly, serrated edges. It is lovely to watch the tightly twisted leaves uncurl from small balls to fill up the steeping vessel – they maintain their glossy dark green, sometimes edged with red, and produce an aromatic amber liquor.
Steeping Time – 3-6 Minutes
Water Temp – 180-200 F

Fermented exceptional quality tippy black tea.
This fermented tea is unlike anything else we carry. Pu-Erh teas contain complex cooperative molds and bacteria that transform the leaves with age, lifting out incredible flavors and unlocking curative qualities. They are revered for their medicinal benefits, cutting cholesterol, aiding digestion, warming the body, dispelling the effects of alcohol, and refreshing the mind.
Steeping Time – 30-60 seconds
Water Temp – 212 F

Black Tea and mallow flowers
A well-loved classic, Earl Grey is arguably the most popular of all flavored teas. Bergamot oil comes from the peel of a small citrus cultivated mostly in Italy and lends a fantastic spicy-sour flavor as well as aromas which enliven the palate and sinuses. The blue mallow blossoms included in this special blend improve the color while also complimenting the bergamot with subtle lavender.
Steeping Time – 2 Minutes
Water Temp – 212 F
