The Murray Mug is named for the Manhattan street where famed inventor of the CHEMEX, Dr. Schlumbohm, had his workshop and created the CHEMEX coffeemaker. We are sorry to say that the Nesco Professional 1010 Coffee Roaster is currently out of production.
Nesco will honor the warranty and possibly bring back a revised unit down the road but Nesco is not building or selling any more of these units for now.
Check out the Fresh Roast SR 500 or FreshRoast SR 340 for a good alternative for home coffee roasting.

Great as a single origin Americana or Espresso, also works well in decaf espresso blends. Medium bodied, semi-sweet with fruitier aromatics and a dryer chocolaty/nutty undertone. Medium roasts are very smooth with a hint of sweetness, darker roasts are my dryer with some smokiness.
A very chocolaty cup; smooth, clean, low acidity and medium bodied. It has a little caramel tone mixing in around the medium roast mark. Although very low acidity this cup does have some floral tones upfront that liven it up a bit.
