Decaffeinated Brazil Mogiana SWP

Description

A great super clean Decaf Brazil.

Swiss Water Processed is the original premium processing method but it will roast a bit different than the MWP (mountain water processed) decafs that we normally offer. After a medium roast the color will mostly stop changing, will start showing oil right at 2nd crack, make sure to keep a close eye on it if pushing it past a medium roast to insure you do not get it too dark

Hard to tell this one is a decaf!

Tasting Notes:
This Brazil has a very fruity wet aroma. Medium bodied with a dark chocolate nuttiness. A smooth, rich, clean cup perfect for those decaf espresso drinks.

Great as a single origin Americana or Espresso, also works well in decaf espresso blends. Try it with our decaf Sumatra (15%) and our decaf Guatemalan (15%).

Roasting Notes:
I found this coffee best roasted to a full city, just before the second crack. It is versatile, could be taken lighter or darker depending on your preference.
