The Koratie is some of the best Ethiopian coffee we have had in years!

A very floral aroma marks an excellent Ethiopian. This is a medium-bodied coffee, very rich and fruity with hints of spice. Coupled with delicate jasmine flavors on top. A seductive coffee that lures you back, again and again.

Medium roast brings out the subtle nuances, excellent for blending. If you roast it too dark you will risk losing its unique characteristics. Our favorite roast was just after the first crack, a city to full city roast.
